ThoCar Properties oversees and manages residential and commercial real estate properties. Our A-1 services include resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules for occupancy, inspection of units, drafting lease agreements and supporting our customers and tenants by ensuring all needs are met.
We are pleased to support our customers/tenants with contracting out and scheduling repairs/ renovations, landscaping, janitorial and general building upkeep services to fulfill maintenance request. Our excellent and personalized customer service team responds within 24 hours to any and all requests. We take pride to ensure that all service and maintenance request are coordinated according to the tenant’s schedule and maintaining a flexible approach to meet their needs.
Use ThoCar to manage your property’s rent collection. This service is primarily geared towards homeowners that acquired a rental property and do not wish to spend the big bucks on large corporate fees when collecting rent. We feature a simple electronic pay system to support billing and financial reporting for each customer.
